Index is a reflection platform combined with a digital information consumption browser. Users complete a daily reflection each morning where they make note of the digital information, they remember themselves consuming. Through monitoring usage in app and via connected desktop browsers via a plugin, Index is able to help users reflect on what usage they remember versus what they actually consumed.
This informed and interactive reflection allows users to better understand their own digital usage and gain greatly mental control and clarity over their actions in the digital space.
